The overview

The Dominion sits on the northwest edge of the city where the hills start, just off Interstate 10 at Camp Bullis Road. It opened in the 1980s around a private country club and has grown into roughly 1,600 homes organized under a master association with more than twenty sub-neighborhoods, each with its own character and rules.

The defining features are the staffed entry gate and patrol, the golf course and club at the center, and large lots with hill-country privacy — all still only about 20 minutes from the airport and the northwest medical and business corridor.

The homes

Architecture leans Mediterranean, Tuscan, and Spanish, with a growing share of contemporary custom builds. Sizes and prices vary a lot by section: patio and villa homes at the entry level, and gated inner enclaves with acre-plus estate parcels, golf frontage, and long views at the top of the range.

Schools & club

Addresses are served by Northside ISD. Country club membership (golf, tennis, dining, fitness) is separate from the HOA — you can own in The Dominion without joining, and membership tiers and initiation are handled directly with the club.
